AMY DIGENNARO, MFA, MA, AT

For almost two decades, I have been helping aspiring artists develop their technical and conceptual skills, learn about contemporary art, art history, theory and criticism, and develop clear ways of speaking and writing about their work. I have taught a broad range of studio and lecture courses at the post-secondary level, including all levels of drawing and painting, mixed media, non-traditional drawing, art history, as well as criticism and theory to both undergraduates and graduate students. I am committed to approaching all the work I do with an anti-racist, social justice approach that also blends my interests in the intersections of those areas with things like Buddhist, feminist/queer/post-structuralist and narrative philosophies and therapies.
